Location – Manchester (2 days a week in the office / 3 days home based)
Industry – Air Source Heat Pumps, ASHP’s, Renewables, ATWHP, WTWHP, Air to Water, Water to Water, Domestic Heat Pumps and Commercial Heat Pumps.

The Position – This is a brand-new Project Manager position created due to unprecedented growth, working for one of the largest renewable heating providers in the UK. As the Project Manager, you will oversee residential housing heating projects including new build housing developments through housebuilders and social housing schemes through local authorities and housing associations, as well as retrofit systems on existing dwellings. The role combines office team working and time on site overseeing installations, engaging with a variety of clients face to face, by phone, and computer.

The Package:
1. £40k - £50k base salary (depending on experience) with £5k bonus

Experience Required – On or off the tools advanced heat pump knowledge along with industry qualifications and certifications. It will be ideal if you can interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, plumbing layouts, and if you are up to date on current industry regulations. The role is part office-based project interfacing with end clients and the engineering teams, with the rest of the week home based. Therefore, basic IT skills and good communication and team working skills are essential.
