Day to Day of the Role:
* Supervise the store in the absence of the manager and deputy manager.
* Ensure all retail store practices, including health and safety, security, and retail laws, are followed.
* Engage effectively with the store team, management, and customers to enhance store operations.
* Assist in daily retail operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and store presentation.
* Use initiative to address and resolve issues within the store promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
* Previous experience in a similar retail environment.
* Familiarity with retail store practices including retail laws, security, and health and safety.
* Ability to effectively converse and interact with the store team, management, and customers.
* Confident, reliable, and flexible with working hours.
* Literate and presentable with a flair for merchandising.
