SECTION A – POSITION/ROLE DETAILS Job Title UK Finance Placement (Revenue & Sales) Incumbent Student Staff / Contractor Contractor Reports functionally to CFO Reports operationally to Asset Accounting Analyst Roles that report to this position n/a Onshore / Offshore Onshore Base Location Aberdeen Emergency Response Team Role n/a Job Summary The role resides in the UK Finance Team and offers the opportunity to become involved in a number of core finance roles: Undertake Revenue Accounting duties including issue of Sales invoices for UK Assets and associated ledger entries. Support the Non-Operated Asset Accountant with the booking of Non-Operated JV Billings, accruals and forecast data. SECTION B – JOB CONTENT Roles and Responsibilities This role has the following responsibilities: Sales & Revenue: Assurance review of monthly gas volumes/prices Prepare and issue oil, gas & NGL sales invoices Liaise with Crude & Marketing Manager & Treasury Function Preparing and posting Sales revenue entries to SUN Tracking of all revenue receivables Joint Venture: Booking and tracking of non-operated JV billings. Prepare and post Non-Operated asset accruals and forecast data to SUN Following up on non-operated queries throughout the month. Internal AFE preparation for non-operated assets. Prepare agreed Balance Sheet reconciliations Filing and various ad hoc office duties as may be required.
