Prospero Teaching | Secondary Art Teacher
Prospero Teaching is looking for a committed Art teacher to work in a fantastic school in Hereford, starting off with a contract until Christmas but with a view of extending for the duration of the school year.
We are looking for teachers that have a good understanding of SEN/SEND children and use differentiation throughout lessons to ensure every child gets the best education they can.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
* Location - Hereford
* Position - Art Teacher
* Type of work - Cover Teacher for prolonged absence
* Duration / Likely Duration - Day to day bookings, with the potential for extension depending on schools
* Contract type - Temporary
* Full time/part time - Part time and full time depending on schools' needs
* Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £160.55 per day
* Hours - 8:30 am - 15:30 pm (full day), half day (am or pm), individual lesson cover
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
* QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent
* Previous experience working in a UK school
* Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable but not essential)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child-related references that cover the last two years
