Job brief We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to support the Sales and Marketing team at servers.com. The ideal candidate for the position of Graphic Designer will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating a successful track record of creating visually captivating designs across various mediums in accordance with brand guidelines. This will need to include proven experience of delivering high quality designs both digitally and physically across mediums such as exhibition booths, merchandise and other marketing collateral. Previous experience in a B2B environment is essential and in-depth working knowledge of AI tools such as Midjourney is preferred. A background in the tech industry would be advantageous. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in our company's creative content strategy, working closely with teams across Sales and Marketing to generate design for our website, events, content, social media, customer and prospect engagement, and internal and external communications, and more. Your expertise will be vital in developing engaging and impactful designs that align with the overall brand mission of servers.com. You will be responsible for consistently delivering high-quality designs on a regular basis, in line with our brand guidelines and within deadline. Responsibilities Conceptualize and create innovative and visually appealing designs for both digital and print mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media assets, event booths, brochures, advertisements, presentations, storyboards and other materials. Collaborate with other marketing team members and other teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences, ensuring that design solutions align with the overall brand strategy. Lead the entire design process, from ideation and sketching to final execution, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all visual assets. Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices, and share your knowledge with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that deliverables are of a high quality and completed on time. Collaborate with external vendors and control results of their work by way of clear, transparent communication. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's visual brand identity, ensuring that all design materials are in line with the company brand guidelines, reflect the company's values and resonate with the target audience. Assist in the creation and maintenance of design templates and assets, optimizing workflows and streamlining the design process. The above list of duties is not exhaustive. You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the Marketing team. Requirements/skills Proven experience (5 years) working as a graphic designer, with a minimum of 2 of those years spent working in a B2B technology or services enterprise-size company. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Midjourney and familiarity with other relevant design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of design principles. Solid understanding of branding and marketing concepts, with the ability to translate business goals and target audience insights into effective visual communication. Strong ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines across all mediums. Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, colour theory, and composition. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for responsive and mobile platforms is a plus. Additional Benefits Private healthcare – Once probation period is passed.
