You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, and sales teams, to provide insightful financial analysis, guidance, and support. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial analysis to support business performance. Identify key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Business Partnering: Act as the financial lead for various departments, offering commercial insights and advice to drive operational efficiencies, cost control, and revenue growth. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Cost Control & Efficiency: Support the identification and implementation of cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and efficiency gains across the manufacturing value chain. Key Requirements: Qualified or studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA Pro-active self-starter with an inquisitive nature Ideally experience in a commercial finance role Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse financial data and translate it into actionable business insights. Proven ability to work closely with non-financial stakeholders and influence decision-making at senior levels. Strong communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance teams.
