FCB Coffee operates a chain of speciality coffee shops on a number of British Rail Stations across the South East of England.
We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Guildford station. This is a full time, permanent position. It is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who has the personality, in-depth knowledge and passion for the coffee business.
Your job, as Manager is to look after your team, your store, and your
customers. You keep everything ticking over. You have the ability to delegate, to share the
love with the team but also have the confidence to have those difficult
conversations.
You are in charge, you problem solve before escalation & you make
decisions with the company’s interest at heart.
YOUR PEOPLE
You organise the team by
assigning tasks and giving feedback. You lead the way by managing the customer
experience from the front. You will also use RotaGeek to manage the team’s
timesheets.
YOUR STORE:
You look after the physical
aspects of the store, all equipment is cared for and maintained. It’s clean and
meets all health & safety requirements. We keep our customers safe by
managing food hygiene and follow the correct guidelines. Everyone contributes,
but you make it happen.
You communicate clearly with your
team, and you follow the same vision of the brand. You follow and champion
your own and company standards, and empower your staff to be the best version
of themselves.
You place orders & receive
deliveries. Stock is your responsibility from ordering, receiving, counting to
managing waste.
YOUR
CUSTOMERS
Our customers are the lifeblood
of our business, your job is to make their day. When a customer comes into your
shop, they know what they are getting- great service and a great product. You
make sure that your team is following the customer service cycle; Acknowledge,
Greet, Upsell & Thank. You also make sure that we are meeting service times
& delivering an exceptional coffee every time. Nothing is more important
than our customer.
