We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join a fantastic school in Nuneaton as an SEN Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for those looking to build experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs-perfect for those considering a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, or teaching.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing one-to-one and small group support for secondary students with SEN
Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
Using psychology based strategies to support behaviour and learning
Helping students build confidence, independence, and communication skills
What We're Looking For:
A psychology (or related) degree
Passion for supporting children with additional needs
Strong communication and problem solving skills
A proactive and patient approach
