JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Technicians, developing their education and performance through the functions of the Maintenance Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Downtime Tracking and Analysis
2. Preventative Maintenance Tracking and Analysis
3. Schedule and Track overtime in department
4. Education Tracking and Scheduling for Maintenance Techs
5. Provide Reports for Downtime and Labor
6. Housekeeping Audits
7. Safety Audits
8. Lockout/Tag-out Audits
9. Tech Support to Floor
10. Continuous Improvement (3s and Kaizen) in Maintenance Systems
11. Ability to address HR related issues in a timely manner
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Annual Fork-truck and Boom Lift Certification Tracking of Techs
2. Support Operations through scheduled Dock Audits and Fault Tree Analysis
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. High School Graduate
2. Technical Degrees or Vocational Certifications in Industrial Maintenance Field
3. Minimum 8 years experience in multi-craft industrial maintenance
4. 2-5 years management experience in field or related area
5. Tracking Systems using Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Provides a high level of organizational skills

1. Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, including but not limited to:

3. Electrical control systems
4. Mechanical drive systems
5. Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems
6. HVAC systems

8. Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office products
