Core Purpose:
As Operations Director, you will oversee all operational activities across the business to ensure the smooth running of our five operational teams. Your leadership will promote an excellent and consistent service, ensure KPIs are met, and contribute to the strategic leadership and planning of the business as a key member of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations of services, logistics, and customer interactions through effective management of five operational teams.
* Workflow Management: Monitor and refine workflows to improve efficiency and maintain consistently high-quality service. Track KPIs and other key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* Leadership: Provide direct leadership to five team leaders, fostering a high-performance culture within their teams, ensuring continual development and a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
* Customer Experience: Ensure all client experiences align with the values and purpose of the business. Track customer feedback and personally manage any customer issues or complaints, ensuring they are resolved effectively.
* Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Managing Director to deliver the strategic business plan.
* Budget Oversight: Work closely with the Finance and Admin team and the MD to manage operational budgets and ensure performance against financial targets.

* Familiarity with working in health and safety-conscious environments.
* A background in achieving results within operational performance frameworks.
