Role: Global Logistics Improvement Manager
Location: Remote (travel to Deeside twice per month)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the position of Global Logistics Improvement Manager -
1. Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across global logistics operations.
2. Analyse current business processes and propose improvements within logistics interactions with 3PLs.
3. Identify cost improvement opportunities and manage the global logistics continuous improvement program.
4. Build and lead initiative implementation teams for strategic projects supporting logistics and business strategies.
5. Research latest technology trends in logistics and recommend applicable enhancements.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to drive process and system improvements.
Key Experience/Skills Needed for the position of Global Logistics Improvement Manager -
7. Proficiency in SAP related to supply chain, distribution, and inventory management.
8. Demonstrated success in developing business cases and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in warehousing and transportation.
9. Experience working with third-party logistics suppliers on process, system, and cost-saving projects.
10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in operations management, logistics, supply chain, or business/economic studies – preferred.
11. Minimum 4 years of logistics experience, preferably in medical products, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG sectors, but open to retail/consumer goods.
12. Ideally, candidates who possess Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, or equivalent qualifications
