Job Summary
Caprice Holdings is seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Creative, a newly created role to lead and inspire our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a strong creative thinker with a “video-first” and “social-first” mindset, ready to bring our diverse portfolio of brands to life through impactful and engaging visual content. With a proven ability to manage end-to-end creative solutions for digital, social, print, and physical spaces, you will play a key role in evolving and elevating our brand identities across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Execution
* Develop and execute cutting-edge, multi-platform creative strategies that align with Caprice Holdings’ brand values and business goals.
* Manage and create engaging visual content for multiple brands, adapting style and tone to suit individual brand identities while maintaining a high-quality standard across all outputs.
* Champion a “video-first” and “social-first” approach to content, utilizing storytelling techniques that capture audience attention across various platforms.
Cross-Platform Expertise
* Leverage deep knowledge of multiple platforms and formats, including video, CGI, AI, print, and physical installations, to drive creative innovation and enhance brand presence.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to continuously bring fresh, impactful ideas that resonate across digital, social, and physical spaces.
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
* Foster a collaborative environment, translating the creative vision from brand leadership into actionable, cohesive campaigns that inspire and motivate the team.
Brand Alignment & Relationship Building
* Act as a brand steward, ensuring that all creative work aligns with the brand vision and enhances the overall customer experience.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across Caprice Holdings to facilitate a collaborative approach to creative execution.
End-to-End Project Management
* Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to production and final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Utilize project management skills to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative Visionary
* Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a proven record of multi-brand management.
* A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end creative solutions for digital, social, print, and physical spaces.
Platform & Medium Expertise
* Expertise in video production and storytelling, with a “video-first” and “social-first” mindset essential.
* Proficiency in multiple media formats, including CGI and AI applications, with a keen eye for innovation.
Leadership Skills
* Proven experience in a senior creative or leadership role, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and bring a shared creative vision to life.
* Relevant Industry Experience
* Previous experience in hospitality, creative agencies, retail brands, luxury brands, or social platforms is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3-4 years of experience in a senior creative role (e.g., Art Director, Creative Lead, or similar).
* Proficiency in relevant software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard creative tools.
