Duties as a Year 3/4 Teacher:
* Deliver well-structured, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of Year 3 and Year 4 pupils.
* Assess, track, and support pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes for all.
* Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom where children feel encouraged to thrive.
* Promote high standards of behaviour, learning, and personal development.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil well-being and achievement.
* Participate in staff training, school events, and extracurricular activities.
Ideal Year 3/4 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
* A solid understanding of the Year 3/4 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Strong classroom management skills with a positive and nurturing approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities as a Year 3/4 Teacher
* A commitment to supporting every child to reach their full potential.
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
