Role Overview Full-time, permanent position starting in January 2025 Provide therapeutic support to students with SEMH needs using art as a tool for emotional expression and healing Work within a multidisciplinary team to promote mental well-being and resilience Key Responsibilities Design and deliver personalized art therapy sessions to individual students or small groups, addressing their specific SEMH challenges. Assess student progress, adapting therapeutic approaches to maximize engagement and outcomes. Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to incorporate art therapy into students’ wider support plans. Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, contributing to reports for meetings and reviews.
