We are seeking a highly efficient Administrator to join our client's, small dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of the business by providing exceptional administrative support and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring all documents are up to date and providing key administrative support
Create and monitor regular reports, distributing the information to the wider team
Forecast and track account performance
Assist with client enquiries and requests, ensuring customer expectations are met
Liaise and work alongside other departments in the organisation to ensure projects are running smoothly
Communicate any updates internal and external stakeholdersWhat we are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
IT savvy, proficient user of MS Excel
Versed to managing multiple projects in a timely mannerDetails:

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Location: Wokingham
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (Hybrid working, 3 days in the office)
