The Scottish Qualifications Authority is Scotland's national awarding and accreditation body. We are looking for a supervisor to work within the Operations Directorate in our NQ Delivery: Assessment and Data Services team. The successful candidate will be required to contribute to the planning, supervision and execution of a range of procedures within specified SQA policy to assist in the successful delivery of SQA products and services. In order to do this, you must be able to demonstrate experience in the following specific duties: Identify requirements and deploy resource effectively to ensure that tasks are completed accurately, timeously and within SQA policies and procedures Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service Produce documentation and correspondence relating to procedures to ensure that SQA policy and procedure is accurately reflected, and all information is up to date Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Be able to operate specialist IT systems relevant to this role Be able to understand and carry out basic numerical and or financial calculations and analyse data Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 6 (SVQ 3/Higher) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
