The Role As a Training Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Global Change & Communications Lead to support the successful roll-out and adoption of a new Services Procurement (SP) solution across the business. Key Responsibilities: Creating training materials for all users, including using our Avatar-based presentation tool, Synthesia Creating and managing training plans and sessions, including working with our partners to ensure their input and active participation Managing the Sharepoint training site, ensuring all materials are uploaded, up-to-date, consistently promoted and intuitively accessible Assisting from time-to-time with Change impact analysis to inform our core messaging Audience definition: sponsors, multi-functional stakeholders, impacted users Definition of core messaging and communications planning Writing communications for distribution by meeting, cascade and mass email Key Skills and Experience: You will have experience of creating training materials, ideally focused around IT systems training, and must be comfortable organising and delivering awareness and training sessions over Teams in a global, highly-matrixed context. A knowledge of Beeline, or other equivalent vendor management systems, would be an advantage but is not essential.
