We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to lead the quality assurance efforts for our UK-based segment of our global S4 transformation ( Project Ascend). Key accountabilities Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to the UK segment. Establish detailed testing criteria and quality standards. Integrate risk assessment into test planning. Define test data requirements and create test cases and scenarios. Testing Procedures and Execution: Develop and validate requirements with prototypes. Plan and schedule cumulative testing cycles. Coordinate and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Automation and Tools: Identify test cases suitable for automation. Develop and maintain automated test scripts. Execute automated tests regularly and update scripts as needed. Prepare and manage test environments and tools. Quality Assurance and Support: Establish a test support framework and define roles and responsibilities. Develop a test support plan and set up communication channels. Train the test support team and validate fixes. Document test results, address issues, and update test cases based on resolved errors. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate testing activities within the UK. Collaborate with global product teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Adjust testing plans based on QA feedback. Report test progress and results to stakeholders. Review and finalize test cases with stakeholders. Documentation and Reporting: Document test results and any issues encountered. Report test progress and defects to stakeholders. Maintain detailed records of test cases, scripts, and outcomes. Education/Qualification Proven experience as a QA Manager or similar role in large-scale transformation projects. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools and scripting. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP transformation projects. Knowledge of global testing standards and practices. Certification in Quality Assurance or related fields.
