We are pleased to offer a motivated and enthusiastic mental health professional the opportunity to join our Chester Community Mental Health Team as a Qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, etc.
The successful candidate would be joining an established, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic team who support each other and strive to deliver an exceptional service for their patients.

Main Duties
This role involves key-working a varied yet manageable caseload, working within a multi-disciplinary framework, undertaking assessments, coordinating care, and providing tailored interventions to help improve wellbeing outcomes for individuals and their families.
Excellent communication, report writing, and assessment skills are essential for this post; applicants should have the appropriate qualifications and a comprehensive working knowledge of mental health disorders.
