What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
* Play an important part in growing and developing the Real Estate Disputes team over time
* Handle your own caseload whilst knowing when and how to seek support and guidance on more challenging matters
* Be involved in all aspects of property litigation, working with private clients as well as corporate clients and retailers, landowner developers, and property developers and investors
* Engage with clients early on, supported by high-quality supervision, and promoting further independence over time
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, and:
* Has expertise across a range of contentious property matters, including disputes concerning development land (including telecoms) and property contracts as well as landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants
* Is seeking a positive and proactive environment to realise entrepreneurial potential by building new client relationships whilst nurturing existing ones
* Is personally motivated to continue developing skills with clients, seeking to understand the wider context of their business interests
* Shares our passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
