The right candidate will have a proven track record in succession planning, Leadership Development and Talent Management. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Talent you will have responsibility for: L&D: Developing and executing L&D programmes designed around the needs of the business. Training Provider & Supplier Management: Serve as the key point of contact for external training providers Talent Identification & Retention: Identify high-potential employees and support them with career development plans. Ensure top talent is nurtured and retained through tailored development initiatives. Programme Management: Oversee the delivery of training programmes, both online and in person Succession Planning: Lead and manage the development of strategic planning frameworks to identify and nurture future leaders. You will have experience of working closely with senior including implementing C-level leadership programmes Experience in leadership development and designing management upskilling programmes, apprenticeships, academy programmes Ability to identify and nurture high-potential talent, creating individualised career development plans.
