HEAD OF DEPARTMENT - PRIVATE CLIENT / WILLS AND PROBATE

A fabulous, rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to head up a busy Wills and Probate team of this very well-established, reputable law firm based in Nuneaton town centre.
This position would suit a qualified solicitor with extensive private client experience, or an existing Private Client Team Leader or Private Client Department Head looking to move to a forward thinking, expanding law firm, offering exceptional career opportunities.
The role will involve:
* Responsibility for overseeing and leading an established Private Client Team
* Dealing with a variety of complex estate administration matters
* Drafting of wills and trusts and LPA's
* Advising clients on all aspects of private client work
* Overall responsibility for the Department including budgetary control and networking activities
Suitable candidates will have:
* Fully qualified status (Solicitor or FCILEx)
* Significant experience, managing a wide-ranging Private Client/Wills and Probate caseload
* Experience of supervising/mentoring staff and reviewing files
* A steady work history with longevity of employment
This is a full time permanent job working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm. Hybrid working may be available in the longer term. Excellent opportunities are available to progress your career to the highest level.
