Our clients are an integrated social care, housing, and development company, providing supported living to homes nationally, and have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to join them on a 3-month contract to work in the Northern region. The role of the Manager will be to ensure that all the homes work collaboratively with the same goal in sight. You will be based out of the Blackpool office and will be working closely with the Head of Operations. The aim of the role will be to ensure that the Team Leaders within each of the homes will be working in conjunction with each other and that procedures will be followed. To be considered for this role you will be from a similar background, have experience of recruitment, staff rotas, running a home, hold a current DBS and ideally multi-site management. This role is initially a 3-month contract, however, could possibly be permanent for the right person.
