Eden Futures provides high quality, person- led care, support and enablement for people with disabilities and support needs. We are embarking on an exciting journey to enhance our operations through the implementation of new SAAS systems and data improvement, ensuring a unified and accurate approach to data management and Business Intelligence. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative person to act as internal Project Lead, initially on a 12 month FTC, working with internal and external stakeholders to understand our data and operational needs. The purpose of the role is to ensure that these needs are incorporated into new systems implemented in front and back office. Main Responsibilities The post holder will be required to: Liaise with external project teams to be the internal lead on the implementation of new SAAS systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Collaborate closely with the CFO to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Manage and coordinate with existing staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met whilst balancing the demands of existing staff members’ core roles and concurrent projects. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure data is accurately fed between systems to maintain a single source of truth. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations teams. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management and system integration. Provide or facilitate training and support to staff on new systems and processes. The Ideal Candidate EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Experience in the social care sector although this could be from a variety of positions. Experience of being Project Lead on implementing SAAS products in people centric businesses Able to demonstrate the importance of engaging with all stakeholders and why the collecting of feedback and follow-up is important. Able to demonstrate evidence of good organisation and administrative skills for information sharing/report writing SKILLS Excellent communication skills and evidence of this from previous roles. Good organisational skills in order to collate information, produce reports and support operational colleagues in achieving Group objectives. Good skills using IT systems such as Word, Excel and Microsoft Teams. The ability to collate and produce information in any of these formats. The ability to work independently and prioritise work effectively to meet agreed deadlines.
