Our stunning home features luxurious lounges and dining rooms, an on-site café bar, a cinema and a professional hair and beauty salon and includes a community dedicated to the care of people living with dementia. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Senior Care Assistants on a part time basis to be part of the care team looking after our residential and dementia residents. Key Responsibilities of Senior Care Assistant: Provide leadership and direction to the care team in the home to ensure that residents are supported to live in a safe and caring and stimulating environment. Conduct and record supervisions and appraisals with care team, setting and reviewing suitable objectives for development. Support with the ongoing development of the care team, including acting as a mentor to home employed care staff and students on placement. Contribute fully to team working, responding positively to colleagues and actioning all reasonable work instructions promptly. Attend relevant staff meetings and training as required.
