The Role: As a Test Manager, you'll manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, on time and enhancing customer success. You will be pivotal to the successful delivery of Flooid’s product development and its delivery to our customers. You will feed into the process, strategy and own the triaging and client management of the project you are assigned, bringing a focus on customer success into the heart of everything we do. Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels within the business, you'll define and implement strategies to guarantee the quality of our software deliverables and production operations. You'll play a key role in engaging and mentoring a strong QA team, embedding best-in-class operations. Requirements Responsibilities: Pro-active leadership of the Quality Analysts/Quality Engineeer’s assigned to your project, ensuring all process improvements are adhered too. Supporting the Head of Quality Engineering with designing, managing and maintaining all Quality Assurance practices, standards, methodologies, and metrics. Release Test Management. Risk management and effective documentation of testing. Owning the design and implementation of testing frameworks, test infrastructure and tools to perform full end-to-end testing of your project. Participating in ensuring that existing company-wide certifications (BSI 9001 & ISO 27001) are maintained and future certifications are identified and attained. Continual evaluation, maintenance and improvements of testing roles and responsibilities within the product development lifecycle. Ensuring all quality gates are upheld throughout the full lifecycle of a project. Requirements: You will need to bring: Experience in leading a team of QA experts in assuring the end-to end-testing of an extensive Product set. Experience of leading the implementation and shaping a QA process for a project. Understanding of Project Management processes. Experience in both functional and non-functional validation of enterprise level software. Proficiency in hands-on management Solid knowledge of testing techniques to determine appropriate test strategies and applying risk-based testing concepts Strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in continuous delivery environment. Experience managing other testers functions, managing large and complex activities and processes.
