Complaints Specialist - Financial Advisory Bromsgrove £35,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience and qualification status) Hybrid working pattern The successful applicant must be studying towards or have achieved their Level 4 Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning, with experience within the industry. IDEX are working exclusively with a leading Financial Advisory and Wealth Management business who require additional headcount in their Customer Care Team. Typical duties include; Carry out investigations of client complaints, following the firm’s standard complaints procedure and formulating client responses Support the analysis of customer feedback processes Act upon and effectively deliver against client requests Review customer focused regulatory industry update summaries Escalate to senior management and Operations where issues with products and services are identified In return you will be working in a vibrant office environment with colleagues who demonstrate longevity within the business.
