Permanent, full-time contract: 37.5 hours per week A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Group Property Services (GPS) team for a multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate: Experience of working as an electrician in either construction or building maintenance preferably with a customer facing background in either retail or a food environment. City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. Experience of carrying out electrical, mechanical PPMs and reactive fault finding, minor electrical installation work, small plumbing works and knowledge of using and testing building safety systems such as fire alarm systems. Knowledge of the functionality of heating and ventilation systems would be advantageous for this role but not a necessity. Enthusiasm to take on this busy role and passion for delivering an excellent service. Strong organisational skills to help manage day-to-day tasks and activities, and adaptability to respond to any urgent matters.
