Key Responsibilities: Delivering dynamic and engaging lessons in Resistant Materials to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Developing and implementing innovative lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and the school’s educational vision. Assessing student progress regularly and providing constructive feedback to support their academic development. Collaborating with colleagues within the department to enhance teaching practices and contribute to curriculum development. Staying updated on developments in materials technology and integrating these into lesson plans. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Resistant Materials, Design Technology, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Proven experience teaching Resistant Materials at the secondary level. A passion for design technology and a commitment to inspiring students to reach their full potential.
