About Our Client
The client are recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Assistant based in St. Albans. They are a global pharmaceuticals company that are looking for someone to start immediately.
Job Description
The Temporary Accounts Assistant based in St. Albans will be responsible for:
* Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
* Create and update expense reports
* Process reimbursement forms
* Prepare bank deposits
* Enter financial transactions into internal databases
* Check spreadsheets for accuracy
* Maintain digital and physical financial records
* Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
* Review and file payroll documents
* Participate in quarterly and annual audits
The Successful Applicant
The successful Temporary Accounts Assistant will have:
* Immediately available or at 1 week notice
* Open to an hourly rate in the region of 25k-35k
* Open to office based at the beginning with possibility of hybrid in longer term
* Strong accounts assistant experience
* Open to working in the pharmaceuticals industry
