Subscriptions Sales and Support Executive
Salary: Up to £25,000

Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday through Friday between the hours of 08:00-18:00
Break: 1-hour lunch, unpaid
Work model: Fully onsite through probation; flexibility for some remote work
Williams Lea and TSO are looking for a motivated Subscription Sales and Support Executive to join our team in Norwich!

Purpose of the Role:
* Develop a full understanding of the current HSE software tools and its customer base
* Work with the Marketing team to identify and develop targeted marketing
* Proactively identify new marketing opportunities to generate sales leads
* Build strong client relationships with your customers and offer ongoing service and support
* Manage all subscriber renewal processes
* Support your manager with new customer orders and processing leads
Key Skills:
* Sales experience with online products is desirable
* Driven and motivated attitude, wanting to support your team members and push for success
* Willing and eager to learn within this unique and specialist business area
* Confident manner with ability to communicate at all levels
* Highly organised with good administrative skills
