About the Team Norton Rose Fulbright’s Learning and Development (L&D) department is part of the People and Culture function, aligning our portfolio to support the firm's strategic objectives. About the Role You will report to the Learning and Development Operations Team Leader and work with colleagues in Newcastle, London, and globally across EMEA, Australia, South Africa, Canada, and the US. Key responsibilities include: Traveling to the London office for core L&D programme coordination. Maintaining exceptional client service and answering programme-related queries. Engaging in teamwork for successful execution of all programmes. Acting as an expert on Continuing Competency Regime requirements. Administering psychometric assessments and producing reports. Maintaining accurate records in Interaction and LMS, and running reports. Collaborating with the Leadership Team and L&D Managers to produce training materials. Saving work received from the document production specialist into SharePoint. Ensuring quality in emails and documents. Coordinating end-to-end organisation of both internal and external training sessions. Evaluating and updating process notes for efficiency. Conducting service reviews with in-house facilities department. Leading pre and post-course review meetings. Providing project/task updates during weekly catchups. Processing supplier invoices and expenses promptly. Supporting team members with their projects in their absence. Working on key projects as requested. Skills and Experience Required Experience in coordinating/arranging events. Experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable. Strong time management and prioritisation skills. Ability to navigate change with confidence and agility. Excellent organisational and administration skills. Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Competency in IT and Microsoft packages.
