You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering engaging, data-driven content for our holidaymakers and property owners. Your expertise in copywriting, strategic thinking, and data analysis will be instrumental in optimising our communications and driving customer conversions across our group of UK holiday companies. Your Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy Collaborate with the CRM Marketing team to craft persuasive, on-brand copy for campaigns that resonate with holidaymakers and property owners. Manage the consumer content calendar for weekly email and push campaigns, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all touchpoints. Tailor content for core customer groups or regional brand subscribers. Prepare trade and integrated marketing emails, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. Use data insights to continually improve and refine campaign performance, including A/B testing and analysis. Build and send emails when required using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (training provided). Collaborate with the integrated marketing team to ensure content is aligned across the whole department. Copywriting Excellence: A talent for crafting engaging, persuasive, and on-brand copy for CRM campaigns that resonates with diverse audiences. Strategic Thinking: A proactive approach to aligning content strategies with broader business objectives and driving results. Data-Driven Approach: Confident with analysing and presenting data insights to inform decisions, optimise performance, and refine campaigns. Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across the CRM team, integrated marketing, and regional stakeholders.
