Position: Accountant
The Accountant supports the team in month end closing and general ledger (GL) transactions, management reporting, project invoicing/cost, and is involved in statutory audit, tax and corporate secretarial process. We're looking for a dynamic team player who has experience handling 2-3 sets of accounts, preferably with some regional experience. You are someone who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent time management and organizational skills, communicate and work well in a team.

· Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
· Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements including audit, tax, corporate secretarial.

Key Responsibilities:
* General Ledger & Month end closing: Record, reconcile and manage all general ledger (GL) entries to ensure accurate financial reporting and month end closing.
* Management Reporting: Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc management reports
* Project Invoicing: Handle invoicing for projects in accordance with contracts and terms. Ensure all project invoices are issued timely and accurately.
* Consultant Cost Recording: Oversee the recording and management of project consultant costs.
* Audit & Tax Support: Assist in audit, corporate tax and GST/indirect tax processes, including preparation of schedules and handling auditors and tax consultants queries.
* Corporate Secretarial Support: Assist in corporate secretarial matters, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Education: Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in this role, preferably in a project-based industry in a multinational company (MNC)
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software and advanced Excel functions. Experience with ERP.
