Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team. Based in Oxfordshire with hybrid working options, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the brand while spearheading sales, marketing, and event planning initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow Curv Racing’s presence in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Operations Management
• Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise processes and improve overall performance. • Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
2. Sales Leadership
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Curv Racing’s customer base. • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
3. Marketing Strategy and Execution
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage social media channels, digital marketing, and content creation to engage with target audiences.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality promotional materials. • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
4. Event Planning and Attendance
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of industry events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Represent Curv Racing at events, building brand awareness and networking with stakeholders.
• Ensure all events align with the brand’s identity and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in brand management, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the technology or motorsport industry.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems. • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Passion for motorsport and an understanding of the racing simulator market is a plus.
