As a Legal Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers working within a professional services regulated environment, providing support and guidance around the services the business offers.
You will handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, assisting with a variety of enquiries and ensuring service level agreements and targets are exceeded.
