HR Business Partner, North
C£50,000 - £55,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a private-equity backed business in North Yorkshire, with offices and sites across the North. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner will partner a number of businesses and functions to develop people plans, drive HR initiatives and implement effective HR strategies.
Key responsibilities:
* Instill effective performance management and talent processes to ensure the businesses and functions are fit for future.
* Influence, coach, and mentor managers in the use of policies, procedures, HR frameworks and employment legislation.
* Provide guidance on strategic workforce planning to ensure the right talent and capabilities are in place to meet business needs.
* Define and implement people plans that align with the business strategy and objectives.
* Work closely with senior leaders and managers to provide HR advice and support that drives business performance.
* Lead and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
