South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust are recruiting two Specialty Doctors to join the South Kirklees Enhanced Teams, 1 & 2 based at the Folly Hall Mills, Huddersfield. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the care that they need and will be an integral role within the Enhanced Team.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
* Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research, or management.
* Additional clinical qualifications.
Experience
* Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment.
* Spent a minimum of four years (full-time or equivalent) in postgraduate medical experience in the UK or equivalent medical experience. At least 2 years experience in psychiatry.
* Approved under S12 OR able to achieve within 6 months of appointment.
* In good standing with GMC with respect to warning and conditions on practice.
* Experience working in other medical specialties including general medicine, geriatric medicine, and A&E.
Clinical Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Excellent knowledge in specialty.
* Excellent clinical skills using bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
* Able to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty.
* Makes decisions based on evidence and experience including the contribution of others.
* Able to meet duties under MHA and MCA.
* Able to provide clinical leadership to a multi-professional team and liaise with a wide variety of agencies.
* Wide range of specialist and sub-specialist experience relevant to post within NHS or comparable service.
Academic Skills & Lifelong Learning
* Able to deliver undergraduate or postgraduate teaching and training.
* Participated in continuous professional development.
* Participated in research or service evaluation.
* Able to use and appraise clinical evidence.
