The International Premium Products & Benefits team (IPPB), within the International Card Services (ICS) COE, is responsible for delivering and enabling transformational growth opportunities by delivering best-in-class premium products, capabilities, customer experiences & partnerships to drive revenue growth and margin expansion. The Global Network Services (GNS) team, as part of the IPPB organisation is responsible for the product strategy and delivery of these key enterprise assets for GNS premium products that span across 30 network issuers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, GNS Partnerships & Business Development, this Analyst will be responsible for supporting the expansion of our existing loyalty partnerships across our GNS Issuer partners, through the product pipeline management, governance frameworks and process development. The analyst will also be responsible for creating the framework for partner sourced value benefit partnerships for GNS Issuers, monitoring and reporting. In addition, they will be the key point of contact for GNS, in relation to loyalty partnerships. It is a unique and exciting role, requiring a blended skillset across project management, business development, & partner management across both ICS and GNS. The successful candidate will be comfortable and confident in creating partner-facing content to support negotiations, influencing key stakeholders (internally and externally and across lines of business), building relationships and delivering results across a matrix organisation – all while driving collaboration across ICS COE, Global Network Services, Travel & Lifestyle Services, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, Controllership, and Operational Excellence. How will you make an impact in this role? Project manage the premium benefit partnerships roadmap for GNS (Air, Lodging, Retail). Support the delivery of prioritized GNS bank issuers with Elite Tier and Points Transfer benefits continue to optimize partner management with business needs. Analyse data insights and develop compelling business cases to support partner negotiations and benefit expansions. Manage all GNS status documentation and reporting for key stakeholders including tracking status of Loyalty and benefit partner asks in coordination with issuer delivery timeline. Oversee the maintenance of access agreements and contracts via the newly created contract repository ensuring an enterprise-first approach. Act as key point of contact for GNS in relation to International Loyalty & Benefit (L&B) partnerships; provide consultancy to internal & external stakeholders to aid in the expansion of assets in GNS markets. Support governance processes (including ORE management) and other strategic projects to optimize operational excellence and enhance ways of working between key stakeholder groups. Minimum Qualifications Must have experience of project management, tracking, reporting with strong working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint. Experience leading multi-market initiatives and driving collaboration across a diverse set of stakeholders from across different business units. Strong Business Development and analytical skills – able to convert data to strategic recommendations and build business cases. Exceptional oral and written communication skills across various internal and external stakeholder groups. International experience and knowledge; global and cultural mind-set is a must. A passion for external partnerships and a growth mindset. Management of external partners and/or leading negotiations a plus. Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships, impeccable interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence across multiple global teams. High energy, strong will-to-win and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Awareness of external loyalty trends and competitive landscape.
