Personal Assistant/Administrator Preston Contract £12.09 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant/Administrator. To provide executive and administration support to the Director and Deputy Directors of Estates and Campus Services and the Estates Services Management team. Duties 1. Provide a high level, professional Personal Assistant service to the Director and Deputy Directors, including effective management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports and emails in a timely manner, diary management, meeting serving and travel arrangements. 2. Coordinate centralised office budgets. 3. Undertake research, prepare reports, compile data, obtain information and provide administrative support for the delivery of projects to support the work of the Director and Senior Team. 4. Demonstrate ongoing knowledge of the Department and the University and communicate this effectively to external and internal contacts as required. Carry out all duties with a high degree of diplomacy, confidentiality, tact, and initiative. 5. Develop and maintain a central system to ensure the currency and availability of Estates Services Management’s structure and supporting job descriptions/person specifications. 6. Develop and maintain monitoring systems for FOI requests, complaints and compliments. Oversee Estates Services input into the University DOI and complains procedures and ensure compliance across Estates Services. 7. Collect, collage, interpret and report on Estates Services Data, such as sickness, holiday records, and ensure appropriate systems are in place to ensure relevant information is collected and analysed. 8. Under the role of GDPR asset officer. 9.
