Following the successful opening of our new ‘Howdens Expo’ showroom based in Howden, we are seeking a team lead for our customer co-ordinators and for day to day management of the showroom. The Howdens Expo showcases our full kitchen, bedroom and joinery ranges, to generate new leads for depots and account holders. Key responsibilities; Manage team performance, holidays, absence and co-ordinate team cover Host Events and Senior Audiences Ensuring that sales leads are passed to depots for sales support Providing analysis of activity, trends/insights/feedback/opportunities to senior management team Day to day management of the site such as reporting maintenance, upholding health and safety standards, display changes Deliver training to new staff Work closely with marketing to help promote on social media platforms and provide feedback where necessary What are we looking for?
