Team Leader - Night Awake Location: Lisburn Salary: £14.18 per hour Hours: 24 hours per week Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service. The Service Located in North Lisburn, this Registered Domiciliary Care Agency and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Service includes two residences, each housing up to four individuals. The service offers a person-centred approach for those with learning disabilities and related needs. Care is provided around the clock, under the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework. The Role As a Team Leader, you will play an essential role within the management team, working closely with the Registered Manager to uphold the Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations Your responsibilities will include supporting the Registered Manager in developing and implementing personalised care/support plans and individual risk assessments tailored to meet individual needs. Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will ensure high-quality care and support are provided daily. You'll also assist with managing budgets and resources, mentor and supervise the Support Team, and provide direct care and support for service users.
