My client are looking for a Parts Adviser to join their growing team and become an integral part of our parts hub team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a parts department, handling volume work, and thriving within a team environment. We are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to contribute to a team-centred workplace.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist customers over the phone and at our front counter.
* Handle the lifting, movement, and location of parts within the warehouse daily.
* Work accurately on a computerised system to establish all customers’ needs for the correct required parts; diagnosing and recommending as appropriate.
* Engage in all aspects of the warehouse operations.
* Sell parts to both retail and wholesale customers.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.
* Assist in stock checks and maintain a strong working relationship with the manufacturer.
* Discuss relevant promotions and offers with customers.
