At an entry level, as a Content Management/Publishing Generalist, you will support our content team by handling foundational tasks critical to our operations. Your work will contribute to maintaining the accuracy and accessibility of our digital and print content, aligning with our commitment to deliver high-quality information to our audience.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in uploading and organizing digital content.
2. Support the cataloging and classification of media.
3. Help maintain online content databases and archives.
4. Perform basic content proofreading and corrections.
5. Assist in converting analog materials to digital format.
6. Aid in the simple layout of publications using design software.
7. Support basic content updates on websites.
8. Perform research tasks to gather information for content development.
9. Ensure adherence to content guidelines and standards.
10. Provide administrative support to the content management team.
Skills:
1. Basic Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with CMS tools for content uploading and organization.
2. Proofreading: Ability to identify and correct simple content errors.
3. Research Skills: Basic skills in gathering and summarizing information.
4. Digital Conversion: Understanding of converting analog materials to digital formats.
5. Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain structured archives and databases.
