This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Senior to step up into a management role and maintain a portfolio of client accounts whilst overseeing a small team.
Accounts Assistant Manager Job Overview
Training junior Accountants/AAT/ACCA studiers and reviewing their work
Manage the preperation for VAT returns
Work closely with the senior management team to become a key member of the firm
Be the first point of call for a portfolio of specialist clients
Manage company accounts and tax returns
Be involved with management accounts, forecasting, P&L
Accounts Assistant Manager Job Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified with 5 years minimum practice experience
Experienced in client accounting and portfolio management
Excellent leadership qualities to support a growing team and practice
Long term ambition to help a thriving practice grow as part of the senior management team
Based within a 1 hour commute of Sheffield
Accounts Assistant Manager Salary & Benefits
£40-45,000 dependant on skills and experience
23 days annual leave + bank holidays
