Chef - £12.50 per hour
Working Hours: Part time - 21 hours a week - Shift times to be discussed.
The position is for an experienced cook with a Level 1 or above qualification. Hours are 21 hours one week, 24 hours the following week on a rolling 4-week rota.

We are looking for a Chef to join our team at Thorndale in Kettering. You will work with a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, cooking, and serving meals for residents and others promptly.
* Catering to diverse dietary and cultural preferences.
* Catering for celebrations and events.
* Ordering supplies within budget and company policies, using approved suppliers in the absence of the senior cook.
* Maintaining accurate catering records in line with HACCP standards.
* Participating in inspections by Environmental Health, care regulators, and Local Authorities.
* Ensuring high hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
* Supporting a safe and healthy working environment by complying with Health & Safety regulations.
* Managing the Catering Team effectively.
