Closing Date: Monday 31 st March 2025 We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Technology Administrator to ensure smooth operations within our Learning Technology Eco-System. You'll be responsible for delivering clear and timely communication to platform users, efficiently managing key administrative tasks, and keeping systems like our CRM up to date. Working closely with the digital product owner, customer success manager, and other administrators, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining an excellent user experience. About you Good understanding of technology workflows, e.g. LXP or LMS and related software Excellent communication skills to effectively resolve user queries. Ability to assist with design light touch images to brand guidelines. Good IT skills encompassing SaaS solutions such as Canva / Adobe, MS Office applications: Excel (including formulae and pivot tables), PowerPoint (including graphics and animations) and Word.2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills to work to deadlines and deliver results. Excellent relationship management with stakeholders.
