A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production, build, and delivery of retail spaces, including fixed retail locations and pop-ups, while also supporting broader projects within the Events and Experiential sectors. Reporting to the Retail Experience Director, this role involves close collaboration with the internal Design Director to translate creative concepts into reality, managing third-party production companies, and coordinating logistics with retail destinations such as John Lewis, Harrods, and Selfridges. The role focuses on ensuring successful execution and delivery of retail activations, with a secondary focus on events and experiential projects.
Key Accountabilities:
* Retail Space Activations (Main Focus):
* - Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of retail activations, including pop-ups and fixed spaces.
* - Collaborate with the Design Director to translate creative concepts into actionable plans, work with production partners to ensure quality, handle logistics (timelines, budgets, materials), and oversee on-site installations and handovers.
* Events and Experiential Projects:
* - Support the planning and delivery of events and experiential projects.
* - Collaborate with creative teams and the Design Director for events and activations and coordinate with production companies and venues to ensure all aspects of events are executed to the highest standard.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:
* - Maintain relationships with key high-profile venues such as John Lewis, Harrods, and Selfridges.
* - Manage communications between teams and stakeholders, oversee approvals and compliance, and document feedback to improve future projects.
* Financial and Administrative Management:
* - Manage project budgets, track expenses, produce documentation, and organise materials for efficient project execution.
* Quality Assurance and On-Site Oversight:
* - Monitor production quality to align with specifications and the Design Director’s vision.
* - Conduct site visits to oversee readiness, progress, and quality, addressing challenges promptly.
* - Troubleshoot issues during production or installation to maintain timelines and standards.
* - Anticipate potential challenges and implement contingency plans.
* - Ensure health and safety protocols are followed during installations and events. Compile and share data on project delivery to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

What we are looking for:
* Proven experience managing production and delivery of brand activations in a live environment.
* Strong understanding of creative processes and experience collaborating closely with design teams, including Design Directors.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously.
* Demonstrable experience of working with venues, either retail or otherwise.
* Strong relationship management skills with clients, suppliers, and venue partners.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project). Experience of managing production and delivery of retail activations, including fixed retail and pop-up in high-profile spaces and knowledge of compliance and logistical requirements for retail spaces is desirable but not essential.
What we offer:
* Salary - £40,000-£45,000 per annum.
* Full time, Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm).
* Some weekend availability would be necessary for attending key events.
* Hybrid working (work from London Bridge at least twice a week, and from home).
* 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Half a day paid time off at the end of each month on a Friday/Monday.
