Your success as a technology recruiter working with Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, and TV Broadcasters is built on a strong foundation in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Sales roles involving a complex sales process, such as Technology/Telco solutions, high-end property consulting, or mortgage lending. These roles share a common focus on qualifying opportunities and asking insightful, probing questions.

What You’ll Do:
* You’ll build your market knowledge daily by talking to candidates and clients.
* Have in-depth conversations with clients to understand the skills they’re looking to hire. You’ll love uncovering exactly what they need
* Talk to candidates to understand their strengths and career aspirations
* Match candidates to suitable jobs
* Connect the two groups & guide them through an often complex process
* Manage the entire recruitment process including interview organisations and offer negotiation
* Build trusted relationships with everyone in your network

with OTE of up to £105,000 with the opportunity to earn more

* We’ll review your CV. We’d love you to include some information on your CV about the sales environment you work in. For example, What’s your average deal size? How do you get you sales leads? How long is your average sales cycle? Is most of your interaction with prospects face to face or on the phone? How are you tracking against target?
