As the new Key Account Manager for the Incision Management portfolio, you will be a motivated professional with experience of being present in the operating theatre. As part of a high performing team, you will develop our negative pressure and advanced post-operative dressing business within the South West geography, through the maintenance and growth of profitable relationships. You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas: Creating regional account plans to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets Planning and prioritising sales activities to maximise face to face customer contact Liaising with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use these in customer negotiations Supporting customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers / focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke Incision Management portfolio Presenting our brand value propositions and value-added customer centric solutions for the Incision Management portfolio Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of Mölnlycke products What You’ll Get Salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience Performance related annual bonus up to £60,000 Monthly car allowance of £600 Bupa healthcare Private pension up to 10% company contribution 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Life assurance and Income protection Employee Assistance Programme Wellbeing resource hub What You’ll Need Clear med-device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment (or significant experience working in the NHS as an ODP, TVN or similar) Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial Well-developed communication, presentation and analytical skills Strong multichannel solution selling background Our approach to diversity and inclusion At Mölnlycke diversity is not just a vision, but our strength.
